Rejoice

Images from a concert concluding our time in Waco:

Caedmon’s Call (!) playing at Common Grounds.

Green trees overhead against a dark sky.
The crunch of gravel underfoot.
(Chris Rice’s My Cathedral).

Worshipping to the sounds of There’s Only One Holy One.

Singing and relaxing with Greg, Rachel, and James. The four of us in itself is amusing and slightly ironic, especially during a particular song.

I’m filled with peace and joy about my time in this place. God is so, so, so good, and I am so, so, so grateful for each of these images.

Shuffle

I always prefer to leave my music on shuffle so that if God wanted me to hear a particular song, He wouldn’t have to break the order of the songs.
Rachel and I found last night’s shuffle to be just a little ridiculous.
